Fuuko is about to ask a question. It's an important one, no, Fuuko is absolutely positive that it's a very important one, a question so important that Fuuko should have asked it sooner but it was much too weird for Fuuko to handle before now!
[A quick bit of writing later and 'MAGIC' appears in the journal, circled a few times with an arrow pointing to it. There's really no missing it.]
Please tell Fuuko about magic!
[Though her reasons for wanting to learn are all over the place, ranging from 'wanting to help out more' to 'creating her own starfish heat', she's still very serious about learning more about this magic stuff. Her expression captured on the journal is nothing less than that right now.]
All Fuuko knows about magic is a little information on the spirits which Fuuko learnt in school, but Fuuko doesn't know enough about their personalities to know how to go about contacting them just like that! They might not even like the starfish, how horrible. Maybe Fuuko could make an appointment with one... If you intend to tell Fuuko about any kind of magic Fuuko can learn that isn't too weird then thank you very much!
[She had to include something about it being too weird. Simple stuff is fine, she's not looking to conjure dark things or flip skirts or whatever else 'weird' magic might be used for.
Later in the day after asking her question, Fuuko can be found in the tea shop. If you come in today you might end up getting Fuuko as your server. Don't be surprised if she tries to recommend to you the starfish tea. While she's not serving or talking to anyone, Fuuko will have a walkman clipped to her clothes and a pair of headphones over her ears. If you're close enough you might be able to hear part of what she's listening to.]

[Another happy sigh, but this time she manages to hold on and not slip off into another trance.]
Fuuko thinks a starfish club would be absolutely wonderful. Everyone could have starfish shaped name tags and there could be club meetings just for the starfish!
[Action]
[Action]
[Albeit that was during an experiment and she doesn't remember much of that because f another trance. But it's just as well animals can talk here anyway.]
Maybe the starfish would talk about when the next Starfish Festival is going to happen!
[Action]
The Starfish Festival... that happened here last year, right? I wonder when the next one'll be, too!
[Action]
[The next one though? Hmm.]
Fuuko does not know when the next one would be, Fuuko would have to ask a lot of people to come and help out to make sure the festival would be even better than the one last year.
[Action]
And you don't have to ask me. I'll definitely help! And if one of us tells Ikki and Rapunzel... Maybe they could get the whole art club to help out!
[Action]
That's the exact kind of help a second Starfish Festival needs! Fuuko will have to think of a way to make the festival different from the one last year while still having the appeal of the starfish. If Fuuko did the same thing twice then people might start to think the starfish aren't very interesting, or even boring!
[Action]
[Action]
[And at that she bows her head to him. Super good job.]
Last year there were games, food stalls and a violin recital which Fuuko will never forget. [For all the wrong reasons.] What else should the Starfish Festival have so it can stand out from the rest?
[Action]
How about ...balloons! ...Of the starfish. I think that'd be neat.
[Action]
Fuuko had balloons last year, but having them in the shape of the starfish complete went by Fuuko's mind. In fact, Fuuko was not aware that balloons in the shape of the starfish were possible!
[Action]
[Action]
Does that mean you can bend the air into shapes, like into the shape of a starfish? If only Fuuko and everyone else could see air in some way without being blinded by all the air around, then Fuuko would think that would be a lot more impressive.
[Action]
[And he grins as an idea comes into him.]
Y'know, I might even be able to bend the clouds into star shapes too...
[Action]
You can really do all that?! Please don't lie to Fuuko, it would be very horrible if Fuuko had high hopes for all these different kinds of starfish and none of them ended up appearing for the festival.

While Fuuko is sure you will do your best, Fuuko is wondering how long it has been since Fuuko first started talking to you!
[Since she's meant to be working and instead she's gone off and gotten distracted by the starfish and festivals concerning them.]
[Action]
[Action]
[She moves to head off to another table, but not before coming back and quickly bowing her head.]
Thank you for coming, Fuuko hopes you will visit the tea shop again!
[Action]
You're welcome, and thanks for serving me, Fuuko! I'll be glad to stay in touch about that. And of course I'll come more often, I like it here! Good luck with your other customers. I'll see you later!
