It sounds as if the water spirit is the best spirit, and even if she isn't she is certainly Fuuko's favourite now! [Only because she might like starfish.] If the water spirit is fond of starfish then Fuuko's definition of weird shouldn't matter, Fuuko is sure water is the way to go.
